Ward was born the 15th of April 1977 in MonroeLouisiana. She attended a private Christian elementary school known as Monroe Christian School. Following the completion of the requirements for high school she transferred to River Oaks High School in the summer during her junior year. She was a member of the dance and drill team. She was a student at Northeast Louisiana University briefly after the completion of her degree.
